Sharon Riggle is a former senior UN and international executive with more than three decades of experience working across international development, conflict resolution, humanitarian response, child rights and global policy. She has worked in complex political and operational environments across multiple continents, collaborating with governments, NGOs, UN agencies and international partners on issues ranging from peacebuilding and human rights to institutional strategy and organizational leadership.
Throughout her career, Sharon has served not only as an international leader, but also as a supervisor, hiring manager, mentor and advisor. She understands firsthand how international organizations evaluate candidates, how institutional cultures function and why many highly qualified professionals struggle to position themselves effectively for global careers.
Her coaching is designed for people who are serious about meaningful international work but feel overwhelmed by the complexity, competitiveness, or opacity of the field.
