This is the flagship offering of CGC, providing highly personalized, one-on-one mentoring designed to align your goals, experience and personality with opportunities in the international arena. The package includes: reviewing and refining your CV or resume, in-depth career goal questionnaires, a comprehensive walk-through of relevant international organizations, interview preparation, mock interviews and more.
This bespoke coaching process guides you from initial exploration to securing interviews and, ultimately, a position. While it cannot guarantee you a job, the deep expertise of our coach, who has years of experience hiring for international organizations and NGOs, significantly increases your chances of success. With this package, you gain not only guidance but insider knowledge, practical strategies, and confidence to navigate the competitive landscape of international careers. There are three variations of the package available.
